How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $4.99.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Delivery then takes 3-5 business days.
Where do you ship?
Pompons ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
How do I track my order?
You will get tracking information by email when your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer pays return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Contact mail@pompons.co within 7 days of delivery. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.
Can I exchange an item?
To exchange, return the original item within 30 days of delivery and place a new order for the piece you want.
