Keeping the live edge intact lets the outline of the tree define the front and back of the desk, so each workspace has its own shape. Natural wood varies in grain and tone, so your slab will differ from the photos.

Setting Up Your Workspace

The 24 inch depth leaves room for a monitor, keyboard and notebook, while the wider sizes accommodate dual screens or a creative layout. Place it near a window to show off the grain, and protect the surface with a desk pad under heavy equipment. Dust with a soft cloth and avoid harsh cleaners.

Frequently asked questions

Is the slab truly solid wood?
Yes. The top is cut from solid monkey pod and finished to bring out its grain, with a standard thickness of about 2.76 inches.

Which width works for two monitors?
The 59, 71 and 83 inch options give the most room for dual screens and paperwork, while 40 or 47 inches suits a laptop setup.

How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.

Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1035/6824/4868/files/1_b53b44ee-3539-4a3f-a032-b32b92a9f4a9.png?v=1792689135
